I help to shape, and lead Kyndryl’s user-centred design engagements, partnering with business and account leaders, technical strategists, clients, and alliance partners, providing insights, ideas, and leadership. I previously led Cognizant’s UKI Experience Design practice - a multi-disciplined team of digital experts and consultants comprising user experience, customer research, product and service design practitioners.
